Details of salary and additional payments
The majority of staff employed in the NHS are employed either under agenda for change (AFC) conditions of service or medical and dental (M and D) conditions of service.
There are a few exceptions to this for senior staff and also for staff who are on agreed local conditions of service or have conditions of service that they have retained when they have been TUPE into the NHS.
